James is a growth-driven, brand and marketing strategist with a passion for making a positive impact on the California housing shortage.
James is a former creative director, startup executive, business consultant, and partner with the brand strategy firm, Kaizen Creative Partnership. James joined Acton ADU to help Acton grow with evidence-driven marketing strategies that result in helping families create long term, family housing plans that will benefit them for years to come.
James also knows the importance of family planning all too well and is currently building an ADU for his own family in San Jose, California.
Little known facts:
James is a children’s book author and passionate about like The Children’s Book Council which promote child literacy and education. He’s also an entrepreneur and on the advisory boards of several early stage companies in the United States, in industries like Craft Beer, Vegan Foods, Virtual Reality, and Green Economy Growing.
