Jennifer Hicks, Office Manager

Jennifer’s technical expertise and sharp problem-solving skills make her a highly valuable member of the Acton ADU family. She keeps our business running smoothly, making sure that the entire team has all the necessary tools and equipment they need to be focused, efficient, and productive. She honed her strong managerial skills at a national service company, where she was an account manager, before coming to work at Acton ADU.

Jennifer’s warm smile, friendly demeanor, and caring nature instantly puts people at ease. She is part of the reason why clients return to us again and again: if there’s ever an administrative problem or concern, Jennifer is always quick to find a solution.

In addition to capably managing the office, Jennifer serves as a liaison for our community contribution projects, including the Preservation Action Committee San Jose, our school sponsorships and the Hammer Montessori Foundation.

Little known facts:

Every year Jennifer heads down to New Orleans, loves cooking, curling up with a good book and hanging out with her adorable, trouble making kittens.
