The Seal Story
Matthew and Caitlin purchased their home in 2019. As COVID surged throughout the country, Matthew’s bother stayed with the family long term. Cramped in a bedroom, Mathew’s brother needed his own space. And as Caitlin and her husband welcomed a new baby, they needed more space. And as is so common with growing families, grandparents will be visiting more and more, and the ADU is now a flexible space for extended family to stay long term and support each other.
