Daines Family Enhances Victorian Home in San Jose with Spacious ADU Featuring Office and Gym
The Daines family, who live in a lovely Victorian home in a historic neighborhood in San Jose, decided to build an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to give themselves some more room to enjoy life. They wanted to expand their backyard to include more space for family time, a dedicated office, and a home gym, all on top of a brand new two-car garage. To make sure everything went smoothly, especially with the special care needed for their historic home, they partnered with us ADU.
