Saratoga Family Creates Elegant and Accessible ADU for Aging Parents, Enhancing Home Value and Ensuring Comfort
The Hampapur family built their Saratoga Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to accommodate their parents visiting from India for extended stays, with the potential for them to eventually live there long-term. They aimed for the ADU to seamlessly integrate with the existing home without resorting to prefabricated options. The design prioritizes ADA-optimization to ensure accessibility and also focuses on enhancing the overall property value.
