Creating Independence and Connection for Henry with Acton ADU’s Expert Touch
Mat and Bianca built a San Jose ADU to give Bianca’s father, Henry, his own private living space while keeping him close to the family. After years of helping raise the kids in the main home, Henry needed more independence. This San Jose ADU offers a comfortable setup with a kitchenette, TV area, desk space, and essential safety features like grab bars in the shower.
In addition to the ADU, the project included a remodel of the main property, a common need that Acton ADU encounters in many of our projects. Mat and Bianca were impressed by Acton ADU’s responsive communication and top-quality construction, a significant improvement over past experiences with other contractors.
